Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns We accept returns only if the item delivered is defective or physically damaged. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."

  • Any claims for damage/defects must be reported within [24 - 48 hours] of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

2. Order Cancellations

  • In-Stock Items: Can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.

  • Procurement Items: Since we source these specifically for you, orders requiring the 2-3 day procurement window generally cannot be cancelled once the procurement process has begun.

3. Processing Refunds Refunds for valid claims will be credited to your bank account/card within [7 - 10] working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
